Adequan is a non-pharmaceutical and the only FDA-approved treatment proven to reverse degenerative joint disease. Adequan is a safe and effective injectable therapy given at a single injection site. There is an initial loading period during which the Adequan is administered twice weekly, decreasing to once per week, every other week, and then monthly, and will be tailored to the needs of your pet.
